Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions has a Bookkeeper role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position . Experience • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments, • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, • Process payroll and maintain payroll records, • Maintain daily cash balances and prepare financial reports, • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, • Assist with tax filings and compliance documentation, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cash flow reportingExperience, • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceSkills/Knowledge, • Proficiency in accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite, • Strong understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping principles, • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skillsEducation, • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting strongly preferredWork Hours/Salary Range, • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week, • $45-55KIf you meet all of the qualifications above for the Bookkeeper position, apply today!
