Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help convert customer inquiries into booked cleaning jobs and upsell services during in-home visits. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable talking to customers, explaining services, and closing sales in a professional, friendly way. Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls and messages from customers, • Explain cleaning services, pricing, and options clearly, • Upsell additional services when appropriate, • Close sales and schedule jobs, • Assist technicians with in-home estimates when needed, • Build trust and provide excellent customer service, • Follow simple sales scripts and procedures, • Track sales and job details accurately Requirements • Sales or customer service preferred, • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person, • Strong communication and persuasion skills, • Ability to work independently and stay organized, • Reliable, professional, and punctual, • Valid driver’s license (preferred) Schedule • Monday to Friday, • Occasional weekends may be available for higher earnings Compensation • Hourly pay + commission, • Commission based on closed jobs and upsells, • Paid training provided
