  Job Description The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for achieving operational results by communicating expectations clearly and ensuring staff have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. This is a 2nd shift position that includes scheduled weekends and occasional additional hours as needed. What You’ll Do Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control • Oversee daily warehouse activities, such as receiving, storing, and distributing suits and accessories., • Manage inventory control: stock counts, reconciliations, perpetual inventory accuracy, and loss prevention., • Maintain warehouse layout, cleanliness, and organization for maximum efficiency., • Coordinate and schedule store deliveries, ensuring timeliness and accuracy., • Work ahead to forecast store needs and adjust distribution proactively., • Partner with store managers to anticipate demand and resolve issues quickly., • Ensure all shipping/receiving documentation is accurate and properly filed., • Develop and improve SOPs for all warehouse activities, creating processes that enhance efficiency and accuracy., • Utilize systems and tools to monitor product movement and facilitate ongoing inventory audits., • Set measurable goals and efficiency targets for warehouse operations., • Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff, monitoring performance and providing coaching., • Foster a team culture that is rooted in accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement., • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace regulations., • Provide training and ensure team members are held accountable for safety and productivity standards.
