Job Title: Cultivation Technician Pay: From $19 / hour Job Location: 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury MA 01527 Expected Hours: 40 hours / week : • Monday - Friday (9AM-4PM) Benefits: • Employee discount, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Primary Responsibilities:, • Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning and trimming, • Inspecting the plants, • Participating in cannabis harvest process including offloading, harvesting, and sanitizing, • Reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste, • Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery, • Disposing of waste according to strict compliance guidelines, • Hanging harvested materials and transporting hangers to racks, • Accurately weighing and recording post-harvest materials, • Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, and trimming, • Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process, • Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures Job Requirements and Preferences • Must be 21+ or older, • At least one year experience working in a cannabis cultivation environment is preferred, • Experience in a hands-on, fast paced environment, • Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness, • Experience adhering to strict state compliance laws and company SOPs, • Excellent attention to detail, • Ability to move, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds, • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus, • Ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements, • Professional and respectful attitude towards others, • High school diploma or equivalent
