As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of roofing materials and metal panels to residential and commercial customers. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining our reputation for dependable service. Key Responsibilities: • Safely load, secure, and transport metal roofing materials to customer sites., • Operate company vehicles, including flatbed trucks, in compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards., • Plan efficient delivery routes to meet customer schedules., • Inspect delivery vehicles before and after each trip to ensure safe operating conditions., • Assist customers with unloading materials as needed., • Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork., • Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues., • Follow safety protocols when handling materials and driving. Requirements: • Prior experience operating flatbed trucks or similar vehicles is preferred., • Knowledge of DOT regulations and experience with local delivery routes in Virginia., • Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 70 lbs)., • Strong communication and customer service skills., • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively., • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
