This role is ideal for confident, compassionate instructors who understand how to lead structured, high-energy classes while maintaining sensitivity, patience, and professionalism in supportive environments. Responsibilities • Create a positive, inclusive, and empowering class environment, • Follow class outlines and program goals while bringing your own teaching style, • Maintain professionalism when working with program staff and participants, • Lead engaging Dance and/or Zumba-style classes for adults in behavioral health settings Qualifications -3+ yearsof professional dance and/or Zumba instruction experience • Strong classroom management and communication skills, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work • Growth opportunities within an expanding program
