About the department: Bassett Medical Center's Intensive Care Unit is a 14-bed critical care unit, supporting the critical care and needs of a network. The Intensive Care unit is consistently hiring for Registered Nurses with various shift and position types available. You will have the opportunity to provide us with your preferences during the application process so we can discuss specific positions in our conversations. What you'll do: The Registered Professional Nurse (RN), Acute Care in the Intensive Care unit is accountable for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process. The RN assesses, plans, delivers, coordinates, integrates, and evaluates nursing care related to patient’s needs. The RN contributes to the support of patients through interdisciplinary teamwork.
