We are U.S. based company , building distribution market and looking for motivated commission-only sales representatives to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced, results-driven commission-only Sales Representatives to help us sell high-end prefab house kits to builders, contractors, and developers across the United States. Fully Remote — work from anywhere in the U.S.
Target Market: Builders, developers, contractors (B2B sales).
Product: High-quality, eco-friendly, prefab house kits (1,500–3,500 sq. ft. homes). Compensation:
💰 $5,000 Commission for each new closed house kit sale.
💰 $1,000 Recurring Commission for each additional kit purchased by the same client.
💰 $1,000 Ongoing Referral Bonus — earn $1,000 for every house kit sold by any sales rep you refer, for as long as they are active and closing deals. ✅ No cap on earnings.

First Sale: $5,000 per closed deal (first kit ordered, contract signed, deposit received).
Repeat Orders: $1,000 bonus per each additional house kit the client purchases.
Referral Revenue: $1,000 for every house kit sold by the sales reps you refer — not just once, but for every sale they make. 📝 Example: 5 initial sales = $25,000; 10 repeat orders = $10,000;
