Progressive Partnerships, LLC is seeking a Cleaning Coach to support individuals with mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities in New Jersey. This role varies day to day depending on client needs and focuses on promoting independence, skill-building, and overall well-being. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social services and committed to helping individuals achieve their personal goals. Key Responsibilities ● Assist individuals with cleaning and organizing their independent living spaces ● Teach and reinforce skills needed to maintain a clean, safe, and organized home ● Complete household tasks such as: ○ Mopping ○ Wiping down surfaces ○ Bathroom cleaning ○ Laundry ● Support individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation and household routines ● Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where individuals can thrive ● Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care ● Complete required documentation and case notes accurately and timely
