Essential Functions Assessment, Treatment and Referral Administer and document nursing assessments and complete necessary forms; Provide ongoing observation and assessment of clients; Recommend treatment that is consistent with clients physical and psychological status; Work closely with PA or NP to order and document client medications. Observe clients medications and document as needed.
