Job Description Executive Assistant Payrate: $23.00 – $25.00/hour Monday- Friday 8am-5pm-Onsite Pasadena, CA About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive temp- hire Executive Assistant to support the Assistant Director in a fast-paced non-profit organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, and has strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities · Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for the Assistant Director · Prepare and process purchase orders, expense reports, and mileage reimbursements · Communicate with internal staff and partner organizations via email and phone · Coordinate and prepare for meetings, events, and ongoing projects · Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation · Provide day-to-day administrative support including emails, calls, and task management Qualifications · 2-3 years of relevant experience · Bachelor’s degree required · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively · Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) · Bilingual Spanish required Please send your resume to begin the interview process.
