Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors to facilitate the timely receipt of bid proposals., • Actively solicit subcontractors to ensure comprehensive bid coverage and prepare proposals for client submission., • Ensure all bid documents are organized and comply with the internal bid process., • Produce and maintain proposal directories and reports for all proposals., • Update and maintain information in the Building Connected database., • Keep subcontractor contact information current and accurate. Skills and Qualifications: • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook., • Ability to pay close attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills., • Experience with estimating software, particularly Building Connected, is preferred., • A background in construction with relevant estimating experience., • Familiarity with construction blueprints and bid processes.
