We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong accounting background for an Accounts Payable Assistant position. This role primarily focuses on the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions. We will train you in our accounting software system. Key Responsibilities: • Performing precise data entry for accounts payable invoices and other financial documents., • Assisting with accounts receivable duties and invoicing as required., • Reconciling vendor statements and addressing discrepancies., • Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records., • Collaborating with the accounting team on month-end closing tasks. Qualifications: • Proven experience in data entry, preferably within an accounting or finance department., • A solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles., • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills wtih a good work ethic., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
