Responsibilities Safely transport Older Adult Services participants to designated destinations. Drive participants to trips and special events as needed. Maintain accurate daily transportation route sheets. Ensure participant safety at all times, including: Assisting participants in and out of vehicles Enforcing seatbelt use Securing wheelchairs properly Collect and record transportation contributions when applicable. Assist with maintaining and submitting transportation data. Complete required reports (e.g., incident reports) and submit to appropriate departments. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily G.O.A.L. sheets; coordinate routine maintenance with the Transportation Coordinator. Serve as a substitute for other QCH drivers when needed.
