Data Analysis • Monitor organic performance using platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, Data Studio, and rank/visibility tools to surface signals early and clearly explain what changed, why it matters and what to do next., • Operates with consistency, curiosity and care, taking pride in well-constructed and high-quality work., • Brings a detail-driven mindset to every deliverable, showing rigor, polish and a clear understanding of how the work ladders up to client goals and the larger strategy., • Spots patterns, red flags, performance shifts and hidden opportunities early, asking sharp questions to help the team make better decisions., • Connects the why to the now by translating technical depth and precision into clear, actionable recommendations that build trust with clients and internal teams., • Stays prepared, engaged and accountable while managing multiple priorities and contributing to a stronger quality baseline for the team., • 3+years of digital marketing experience with a primary focus on SEO; agency or multi-client experience preferred., • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience considered., • Hands-on understanding of SEO fundamentals across technical SEO, content strategy, internal linking, structured data, information architecture and offsite authority., • Working knowledge of AEO concepts, including entity signals, source/citation analysis, conversational query behavior and how content may be interpreted by AI models and answer engines., • Ability to audit technical SEO issues and explain their impact in plain language to cross-functional teams and clients., • Demonstrated ability to prioritize recommendations using impact/effort, business goals, dependencies and performance data., • Strong analytical, research, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn data and observations into clear next steps., • Comfort using GA4, Google Search Console, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, crawling tools such as Screaming Frog, and SEO research/ranking platforms and CMS platforms., • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering considerations, and schema markup., • Detail-driven, consistent, curious and prepared; someone who takes pride in accurate work, surfaces risks early and helps the team produce stronger outcomes., • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines while staying organized, collaborative and accountable.
