You’ll be responsible for building relationships, meeting with Union members virtually, and converting them into satisfied clients—all while making an impact in your community. Prospect & Close: Engage with union members at their request, helping them understand the value of our benefits and how they can improve their lives. Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with union leaders and workers by offering tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Work closely with a team of like-minded, highly motivated individuals to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
