Key Responsibilities: • Educate individuals and families on basic financial principles, such as budgeting, debt elimination, and retirement planning
• Conduct financial needs analysis to offer tailored insurance and investment solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
• Stay current with industry products, trends, and compliance standards
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
• State Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
