Remote Admin Sales Coordinator Hourly Pay + Bonus | Weekly Pay | Part-Time | Sales-Focused Role We're looking for a results-driven and organized Admin Sales Coordinator to support our growing snack brand. Your job is to follow up with store accounts via phone and email to drive reorders and convert sample drop-offs into new sales. Calling Schedule: You must be available to call from 8–11 a.m. and 2–4 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday (5 hours per day). Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience and reporting quality $500 bonus when you help generate 150 store sales per month. Key Responsibilities: Communicate directly with the field team and follow up with retail stores that have received samples. Encourage reorders from existing clients. Call and email leads from our field team and database. Keep accurate daily records of communication and outcomes. Communicate feedback with both owner and field rep. Report daily with the owner. participate in weekly zoom calls. Ideal Candidate: Clear, confident, and persuasive on the phone Polite, professional, and customer-obsessed Highly organized with strong reporting habits Prior sales or account management experience is a plus. Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented This is a remote, part-time position with room to grow. You'll play a critical role in supporting our sales team and expanding our retail footprint.
