Job DescriptionMaterial Handler We’re hiring Material Handlers to build high‑quality windows and doors from start to finish. This role is a great fit for candidates with construction, carpentry, production, or hands‑on assembly experience who enjoy working with tools and taking pride in quality workmanship. 🔧 What You’ll Do • Assemble windows and doors through multiple stages of production, • Use hand and power tools such as drills, screw guns, nail/staple guns, chop saws, routers, and sanders, • Read and follow production lists, work instructions, and standard processes, • Identify correct materials and components for each build, • Inspect each phase of assembly to ensure quality standards are met, • Communicate shortages, defects, or quality concerns to the team, • Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs, • Maintain a safe, organized work area✔️ What We’re Looking For, • Assembly, production, construction, or general labor experience, • Ability to read a tape measure, • Comfort using hand and power tools, • Basic reading and math skills, • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, • High school diploma or GED⭐ Nice to Have, • Blueprint or work‑instruction reading experience, • Mechanical assembly experience, • Carpentry or framing experience🏭 Work Environment, • Manufacturing facility producing premium windows and doors, • Warm environment (not air‑conditioned) with flexible dress code, • Steel‑toe shoes required, • Shorts and T‑shirts allowed (appropriate attire only), • Long hair must be tied back, • Multiple tool‑based workstations🎁 Why You’ll Love Working Here, • Established company with a long history and strong reputation, • Competitive benefits package, • Profit sharing and 401(k) match, • Competitive PTO, • Career growth and development opportunities Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
