The Project Management Associate will work alongside the Associate Executive Director to support the completion of assigned projects. The Associate will actively participate in all phases of the project and under the guidance of the Associate Executive Director they are expected to conduct status update assessments and communicate these findings and expectations. They are also expected to monitor project process and track its completion to ensure quality and integrity of all project-related tasks.

Summary of the Position: Chhaya seeks a passionate, bold and ambitious fundraising professional to help grow the organization’s portfolio of funders and supporters, while sustaining and strengthening existing funding relationships. The Assistant Director for Development & Communications works closely with the development and leadership teams to manage and support comprehensive fundraising projects, events and other aspects of development operations. Company Description Life Dome Adult Services is a non-profit organization management company licensed by the Office of People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). We provide in-home respite and community rehabilitation, as well as on-site holiday respite services for individuals with various developmental disabilities, from autism to cognitive disorders. Our goal is to help improve the lives of those we serve by providing them with exceptional care, support, and services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Support Professional. The Direct Care Professional will assist with daily living activities and support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires regular documentation, monitoring, reporting, and implementation of guidelines outlined by the organization. SHIFT INFORMATION: Flexible Schedule - Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekdays, and/or Weekends. Work 4 to 20+ hours weekly. Qualifications Human Services and Intellectual Disabilities knowledge Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, families, and coworkers Experience in providing care for individuals with developmental disabilities and participating in implementing care plans Assistance may be required in the following areas: cleaning, preparing snacks, social skills, budgeting, reading, math, computer skills, self-advocacy skills, volunteering, and recreational and physical fitness activities. Completes all required services and billing documentation into the Sandata system accurately and timely. Ability to attend regularly scheduled training as mandated by OPWDD Knowledge and application of basic computer and application skills is a plus Ability to speak Spanish or any other language spoken in the community is a plus Assist in the development of the individual’s Habilitation Plan Safeguards and in meeting the objectives in their plans High School Diploma or GED equivalent
