Step 1 We have found that by starting in our warehouse, you will begin to understand our products and vendors. This will entail shipping, receiving, stocking, etc. Time spent in the warehouse- 3-6 months (estimate). Step 2 You will be working with Sales and Management in learning our system, placing orders, picking orders, low voltage classes and various other functions. Time spent in learning- 3-6 months (estimate). Step 3 Once we feel you are comfortable with our business model, products, and services, we will pair you with a seasoned Sales Associate who will be your mentor. Time spent with mentor - 3 months.
