Role Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Cake Decorator for a full-time, on-site role at our bakery in Millburn, NJ. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for designing, decorating, and assembling custom cakes, to meet client specifications. Daily tasks include collaborating with the bakery team, maintaining workstations and tools, and ensuring timely order completion. The role also involves crafting creative designs, working with various decorating techniques, You will play an integral role in contributing to the quality and creativity that define Splurge Bakery. Qualifications • Proven skills and experience in cake decorating, utilizing American buttercream and fondant, • Detail-oriented with a creative eye for design and high-quality results, • Efficient time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Prior experience in a professional bakery setting is preferred, • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
