We are currently seeking a diligent and skilled Mixer Technician/Maintenance/Receiver to join our dynamic team at our Menomonie, WI Facility. This position is key to maintaining the high standards of our feed production process. Responsibilities: • Coordinate Batching Schedules and Production: Ensure that batching schedules are met and that production aligns with planned timelines., • Manufacture Products: Follow formulations provided by the Corporate Office to produce all products accurately., • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining equipment, including keeping installation, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules up-to-date., • Ingredient Receiving: Receive and unload ingredients from barges, railcars, and/or trucks at the manufacturing facility., • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep equipment and work areas clean and well-organized., • Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required., • Educational Requirements: High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills., • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance., • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently., • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals., • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment., • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
