Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of medical transportation services.
Communicate effectively with drivers, patients, and healthcare facilities.
Monitor routes and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
Handle emergency situations with composure and quick decision-making. Requirements: Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in medical transportation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with dispatching software and technology.
