JF Construction is seeking a dedicated and reliable Construction Worker to join our team in Bergen County. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks on construction sites, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Must speak English and have own vehicle transportation. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general labor duties, including site preparation and cleanup., • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment., • Operate hand and power tools under supervision., • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area., • Support various construction activities as directed by supervisors. Qualifications: • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects., • Willingness to learn and take direction., • Strong commitment to safety., • Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
