I’m locking for technician for my shop in Manhattan, it could be person without experiences. I need a person for to stay in a shop(cutting keys) and for completing locksmith jobs around the shop. Requirments: work permit, at least basic English, clean criminal record. Schadule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM Salary: everything depends on your skills and experience. Minimal salary is 25$ check per hour at least 40 hours a week.

Smart Home Installation Technician – Level 2 We seek a highly motivated and experienced AV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, configuring, and maintaining audio-visual systems. As an AV Technician at Smart Haven Lifestyle, you will be crucial in delivering top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their smart home systems operate flawlessly. Job Description: As a Level 2 Smart Home Technology Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced smart home systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be the go-to person for complex installations and issues that require more in-depth technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure a variety of smart home systems, including camera systems, home automation systems, lighting controls, and integration of HVAC controls. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to smart home devices and systems. Provide on-site customer support to ensure installations meet company standards and client expectations. Strong understanding of smart home systems, including but not limited to home automation, Surveillance camera systems, audio/video systems, and network infrastructure. Certifications are a PLUS. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
