To learn more about our company and services, visit us at PromptCare In-home Respiratory and Infusion Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Short-term temporary position expected to last 1–3 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and performance. Location: Plainview, NY Requirements: • High School Diploma/GED, • Skilled with MS Office Suite, • Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced, challenging environment Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to: • General administrative duties such as filing, faxing, mailings, emailing, report generation, photocopying, correspondence, etc, • Scheduling follow ups and set ups for patients., • Spreadsheet updates for Lead RTs., • Ordering warehouse and office needs, • One-trach input and output data, • Web based program downloads and send to MD/referral sources and billing department, • Communicate with sales, • Assist operations and other departments, • Follow all established PromptCare policies and procedures, • Other duties as assigned Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
