Pilates Instructor for Evening & Weekend Shifts

We are looking for a talented, upbeat and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team for evening and weekend shifts. This position is ideal for a classically trained instructor who has completed a 600+ hour training program and is comfortable working independently. Requirements:
Certification from a 600+ hour Classical Pilates training program.
Ability to teach private, semi-private, and group sessions on all classical apparatus and mat.
Must be able to work independently and handle studio duties responsibly.
Complete all administrative requirements associated with client management.
Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style.
Desire to build a successful business and private clientele as well as group loyalty.
Punctual, reliable and dedicated.
Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills.
Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment.
Being a motivating and inspiring force to promote consistency in our clients.
Comfort with technology a must and familiarity with Momence software is a plus.
Willingness to promote classes and studio services on social media. Compensation and Perks: Salary starts at $30 per session.
Perks include discounted private and duet sessions and free group classes (space permitting).
Ongoing mentoring from highly tenured team. Expectations:
Lead group classes, up to 9 clients, effectively and safely.
Ability to verbally communicate movement directions.
Knowledge and ability to provide modifications.
Experience to expertly incorporate props.
Maintain the studio in proper order and keep studio and equipment clean.
Must be able to bend and lift or demonstrate exercises.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to shift start.
Complete all administrative requirements associated with client management. Ensure clients are checked in and paid.
