Duties Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and features Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to enhance client looks Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales management Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Offer personalized consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling opportunities Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments Mentor junior team members on techniques such as hair threading, straight razor shaves, and store management best practices Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques Proficiency in using salon software systems like MINDBODY for efficient operations Knowledge of color theory to create vibrant or subtle color treatments tailored to clients’ desires Skilled in performing hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe salon environment Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling products such as styling tools or hair care products Familiarity with store management tasks such as inventory control and mentoring team members Join us if you’re passionate about transforming looks with creativity and precision!
