Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle, providing expert advice on hair care, styling, and color options. Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform precision haircuts, trims, and shaves for men, women, and children using various techniques and tools. Create a wide range of hairstyles, from classic to modern, based on client requests and current trends. Hair Coloring: Apply hair coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, ombre, and full-color services, ensuring consistent and vibrant results. Chemical Treatments: Administer chemical treatments such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments, following safety protocols and ensuring optimal results. Product Knowledge: Recommend and sell professional hair care products to clients, educating them on proper usage and benefits to maintain their hairstyles at home. Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, sterilize tools and equipment, and adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience during every visit. Responsibilities- Greet and welcome salon guests Prep clients for their appointments ( shampoo, color applications, etc.) Maintain a clean organized salon environment Offer beverages and snacks to salon guests during their appointment Provide support during salon events and workshops Assist in retail sales and product knowledge Social Media Marketing Influence Training Classes provided all year round for those that are 32+hours a week. Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent Enrolled in Cosmotology School or have a License in Cosmetology Customer service a plus Strong passion for the beauty industry and willingness to learn.
