The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for leading and evolving NAYA's end-to-end guest experience strategy across all channels --- including digital, in-store, and post-visit engagement. About the Role The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is responsible for designing engaging, practical, and scalable learning experiences that support our frontline and leadership teams across the NAYA system. This role owns the end-to-end design of training in our LMS, Opus, translating real-world restaurant operations into clear, accessible, and impactful learning. You'll partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), operators, and People Culture leaders to build blended learning experiences---including eLearning, video, job aids, and assessments---rooted in adult learning best practices and designed for a diverse, frontline workforce. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative instructional design, strong technical execution, and a deep understanding of how adults learn on the job.
