We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Aides to assist clients with daily living activities and provide companionship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and veterans. Responsibilities: - Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Support clients with mobility and transfers. - Provide companionship and emotional support. - Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. - Assist with medication reminders. - Accompany clients to appointments and errands when needed. - Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in client conditions. Qualifications: - Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required). - Compassionate, patient, and dependable. - Ability to follow care plans and provide personalized care. - Excellent communication and time-management skills. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred). - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
