Certification: New Jersey Certified HHA We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience providing personal care and support to clients in a home setting. Our team supports continued growth through an online training platform available to all staff. Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Monitor and document clients’ conditions and report any changes to the supervisor.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Comply with all health and safety standards and policies. Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role.
Current New Jersey HHA Certification (Active and in good standing).
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Access to reliable transportation.
