Install new HVAC systems and equipment according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation. Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.
