What You’ll Do * Capture Professional Video content for Real Estate, Commercial, and Brand projects throughout Colorado. * Operate cameras, gimbals, and drones to produce cinematic, professional visuals that meet RMP’s standards. * Edit a wide range of content including Real Estate Walkthroughs, Drone Cinematography, Brand Videos, Corporate Interviews, and Social Media Shorts. * Create short-form and long-form edits designed to perform well on Instagram, YouTube, and advertising platforms. * Review and organize footage, identify top clips, remove unusable segments, and re-stitch the best moments into cohesive stories. * Manage post-production workflows, track deliverables, and collaborate with photographers, editors, and project managers to meet deadlines. * Communicate with clients and internal teams about project details, schedules, and feedback. * Maintain organized file structures and ensure consistent color, sound, and pacing across edits. * Help strengthen RMP’s digital presence and marketing impact through creative, data-driven video content. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with strong visual and storytelling skills. * Part 107 Drone License and personal drone ownership required for aerial shoots. * Proficiency with Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro. * Skilled in color correction, LUTs, sound design, and export optimization for web and social. * Experience creating high-engagement content for YouTube, Instagram, or ads is highly preferred. * Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing project timelines and client communication. * A self-starter who thrives on growth, teamwork, and professional development. Preferred (But Not Required) * Experience producing ads or viral-style videos for social platforms. * Background in content strategy or performance marketing. * Familiarity with Frame.io, ClickUp, Google Drive, or GoHighLevel. * Experience with Matterport 3D or real estate media workflows. * Motion Graphics or After Effects experience.
