Each Team member will be intimately familiar with Fuse’s machines and will put their mechanical abilities to the test as they assemble them according to the Engineers’ exacting specifications. Team members also have to have a deep reserve of problem-solving skills to quickly troubleshoot issues that arise. They usually can't wait to get home to tinker in their shop. They're the people you want to call when something goes wrong. You are joining an early-stage fusion company. Please expect to wear different hats and take 0 to 1 ownership of objectives. As a machinist/programmer, you will play a key role in manufacturing TITAN components, ensuring precision and quality in all parts. This position will focus on operating and programming Haas CNC machines, ensuring that all machined parts meet the highest standards required. You will collaborate closely with design engineering to manufacture parts for both prototypes and production, contributing directly to mission-critical projects. Role * Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, (4 axis, y axis turning), selecting appropriate tooling to ensure precision machining of parts. * Write and edit programs for CNC machines (HAAS) to fabricate components. Optimize machine cycles for productivity and accuracy. * Select and create tooling setups based on part requirements. Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and evaluate inspection reports from Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM’s) to verify the dimensions and quality of parts. * Run multiple CNC machines simultaneously, scheduling jobs effectively to maximize production output without compromising quality. * Work with design engineering teams to help with manufacturability, design considerations, and material suitability. Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Perform client admissions, transfers, assessments, referrals, and discharges daily, • Communicate daily with Clinical Supervisor and Program Manager or Director of Outpatient and Prevention Programs to ensure services are being delivered in alignment with department policy, • Maintain a positive, welcoming approach with all incoming and present clients at the Detoxification Center, • Provide ASAM screening and assessment at intake, • Ensure daily census requirements are being met as directed by manager by ensuring that appointments are scheduled quickly and with minimal delay from treatment request to first appointment, • Perform initial screening/assessment, recovery and treatment planning/problem list and individual check-in with clients to ensure goals are being achieved, • Provide daily recovery plan meeting with clients to update Detoxification and referral progress., • Reconcile daily logs, rosters, and other census information to ensure daily census accuracy, • Develop initial ongoing ASAM-informed referral and discharge planning with clients, • Meet weekly for group clinical supervision, • Inputs data into HSI’s Electronic Health Record System (EHR) and/or the EHR platform of the County funder, • Maintain appropriate records in the EHR, • Daily monitoring and maintenance of client EHR for errors, correcting and updating, • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all staff members and community organizations, • Coordinate with program Case Manager to ensure referral mechanisms are properly engaged to maximize post-discharge treatment, • Maintain attendance and punctuality to perform duties as scheduled, • Attend all staff meetings and required agency meetings unless excused, • Responsible for always maintaining a clean environment, • Responsible for informing Program Manager or Director of Outpatient and Prevention Programs of perceived household, environmental, participant, and personal needs when appropriate, • Maintain a basic knowledge of medications used by clients, • Drive program vehicle when necessary, • Confer with staff and other individuals in agency regarding participants, • Perform any other duties as assigned, • Performs vitals sign patient self-monitoring tasks as needed to ensure clients fall within established safe stabilization guidelines, if applicable at program site., • Performs withdrawal assessment scoring duties to ensure clients fall within established safe stabilization guidelines, if applicable at program site., • Responsible for supervising meal preparation and, when necessary, preparing and serving meals, • Client Focus – Gains insight into client needs, quickly establishes rapport and relationships using evidence based practices, provides compassionate and empathic client care to all program participants, • Problem Solving – uses logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions…looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answer., • Being Resilient- Rebounds from setbacks faced in a high stress environment.
