General Description: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and performing all maintenance activities beyond daily operator care for IronRoad's Fairfield, Ohio client. This includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of CNC equipment - including but not limited to Haas, Doosan, Mazak, and Okuma machines - as well as the overall facility inside and out. This position plays a vital role in ensuring maximum uptime, safe working conditions, and efficient production operations. Reports to: Operations Director & Engineering Director Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and oversee a robust preventive maintenance program for all shop equipment and facility systems., • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts on CNC machinery, including controls, drives, motors, spindles, and mechanical assemblies., • Perform maintenance and repairs on supporting shop equipment such as air compressors, coolant systems, and hydraulic units., • Install, maintain, and repair single-phase and three-phase electrical wiring and controls., • Read and interpret CNC machine manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings., • Plan and perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability., • Follow and enforce all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure the safety of all maintenance activities., • Work directly with department supervisors and managers to schedule maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to production schedules., • Maintain machine cleanliness and fluid levels; perform or oversee daily checks as needed., • Adhere to and promote company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times., • Conduct spill response procedures and maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards., • Assist with facility upkeep, including general building maintenance and exterior grounds as required., • Carry out other duties as assigned by the Operations Director. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications a plus., • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a CNC machine shop environment., • Strong troubleshooting skills with proven experience maintaining Haas, Doosan, Mazak, Okuma, and similar CNC equipment., • Solid working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems., • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings., • Demonstrated experience with CNC controls and factory-level technician-level repairs is highly preferred., • Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment., • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. HVC Cardiac Intermediate Care and Stepdown Unit (V3E): Verdi 3 East is a 30 bed cardiac unit located at the Saint Raphael Campus. Our unit's primary population include patients with cardiac procedures i.e., cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, pacemaker and defibrillators. The population also includes dysrhythmia management, heart failure and electrophysiology procedures. Six of our beds are designated for the cardiac step down population. HVC Cardiac Intermediate Care-Advanced Heart Failure and Stroke Unit (V5E): Verdi 5 East is a 29-bed cardiac unit located at saint Raphel Campus. Our unit patient population consists of advanced heart failure and stroke diagnoses including, advanced Heart Failure (HF), MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Catheterization and/or intervention, Pre/Post Pacer/ICD placement, Stroke patients post TNK after an ICU stay, those not eligible for TNK, ruling out for Stroke/TIA, and medical issues including COPD, Pneumonia, ACS, chest Pain and patients requiring inotropic or vasodilator support to enhance diuresis. HVC Cardiac Medical Intermediate Care Unit (5-7 EP): 5-7 is a 26 bed , fast paced , full telemetry heart and vascular unit. This is NOT a med-surg unit. Patients on 5-7 are predominantly comprised of general cardiology, post cardiac procedure, heart failure, and vascular surgery patients.

Additional Information Heart and Vascular Cardiac ICU (5-1 SP) The Cardiac ICU is a fast paced, high acuity, 14-bed, critical care unit that cares for adult patients with complex cardiac, medical diagnoses such as myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, unstable arrhythmias, and heart failure. Our patients are treated with medical and interventional management. Nursing staff are trained in advanced heart failure management, including short- and long-term mechanical circulatory support (with devices such as intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella catheters, and LVADs) and evaluation for advanced therapies and transplantation. RN-HVC Cardiothoracic ICU (CTICU/WP3) Cardiothoracic ICU is an 18-bed cardiac surgery unit, specializing in care for complex post-operative CABG, valve replacements, aortic dissection repairs, heart transplants and LVAD implantation. This is also the only unit in YNHH health system that cares for patients requiring ECMO, whether it is VV (lung bypass) or VA (heart and lung bypass). In addition, patients may require additional devices including IABP, Impella/VADs, and/or CRRT. Nurses will be trained to devices based on previous experience and progression of skills, expectations and critical thinking. HVC Cardiovascular ICU and Stepdown (5-4 SP) The Cardiovascular ICU and Stepdown is a 14-bed hybrid unit consisting of 8 ICU and 6 stepdown beds. We specialize in caring for patients post complex vascular surgery, such as aortic repairs, and post cardiac surgery patients such as CABG and valve replacements in our ICU beds. In the stepdown beds we care for patients with a variety of complex heart and vascular diagnoses.

The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job. Your Impact and Responsibilities: • Purpose of the position:, • Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift, • Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant, • Manages cash handling and ensures accountability, • General to the role:, • Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards, • Executes shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards, • Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed, • Directs crewmembers during a shift, • Provides exemplary customer service, • Utilizes reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant, • Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.), • Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working order, • Completes other duties as assignedQualifications Requirements for Success: • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing, • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills, • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively, • Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems, • Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management, • Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly, • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training, • Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs, • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, • Must be 18 years of age or older, • High school diploma or equivalent preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
