Job Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a courteous, customer-focused Dishwasher who is committed to providing customers with the best service possible. Dishwasher will clean and prepare dishes and wash glassware when necessary. To succeed as a Dishwasher, you should be polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. Additionally, you should be able to meet the physical demands of the position while providing customers with the best possible experience. • Operate the industrial dishwasher, • Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary, • Empty and clean all trash receptacles, • Clean iced tea, coffee and milkshake machines daily, • Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources, • Clean dish storage, • Follow sanitation policies at all times, • Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times, • Perform opening, closing and side work, • Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately, • High School Diploma or equivalent., • Minimum age requirement of 18 years old., • Excellent customer service, communication, and math skills., • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds., • Ability to comprehend and follow all company procedures and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation., • A courteous and efficient approach to handling customer requests, questions, and complaints
