Job DescriptionJob Title: Licensed Electrician – Solar Projects (Nebraska & Colorado)Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced, licensed Electrician to join our team for solar construction projects in Nebraska and Colorado. This role is essential in ensuring the successful installation, setup, and maintenance of electrical systems related to solar energy and general construction projects. Pay rate plus per diem Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components for commercial and utility-scale solar projects, • Perform electrical work related to solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including inverters, combiner boxes, panels, and balance-of-system components, • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications, • Install and maintain wiring, conduit, and electrical fixtures, • Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, state requirements, and site safety standards, • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance, • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on scheduleEssential Skills, • Proficiency in electrical systems and components, • Experience with conduit bending, wiring installation, and terminations, • Strong understanding of construction and solar project workflows, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanshipLicenses & Qualifications, • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Nebraska and/or Colorado (required), • Experience on solar PV projects is strongly preferred, • Experience working under prevailing wage projects is a plus, • Ability to travel between project sites as needed Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
