We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Snowplow Operator/Day Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from various locations, ensuring safe and accessible pathways during winter weather conditions. Key Responsibilities • Operate snowplows and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently., • Clear snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas., • Apply de-icing materials, such as salt or sand, as necessary., • Follow assigned routes and complete tasks within set timeframes., • Inspect equipment before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs promptly., • Monitor weather conditions and adjust work plans accordingly., • Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times. Qualifications & Requirements • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, as required by weather conditions., • Previous experience in snow removal or operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety., • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment., • Must have a valid driver's license.
