Duties/Responsibilities: · Works directly with Terminal Manager in supervising maintenance staff (including hiring and disciplinary actions), coordinating and assists during leaves, evaluates performance, provides technical training and safety training. · Check repair orders, inspect completed work of mechanics/fuelers, file completed repair orders, and communicate with Dispatch on the availability of vehicles. · Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical problems.
