Are you ready to use your legal skills to make a real difference? At Equal Justice Solutions, we fight for the causes that matter most—
civil rights, whistleblower protection, consumer advocacy, justice for the wrongfully imprisoned, and standing up to corporate greed. We also represent select businesses in commercial disputes.
If you’re not applying, ask yourself: why not?
Why You Should Apply Impactful Advocacy: Work on cases with potential public importance that demand innovation, strategy, and perseverance. Flexibility: Work from anywhere, with as many or as few hours as you choose. Travel, manage family commitments, or pursue additional opportunities—your schedule is your own. Competitive Pay: Earn $65-$85/hour for attorneys with 3+ years of experience and $30-$45/hour for less experienced attorneys or law clerks. We offer a premium for lawyers with experience in federal securities law, shareholder derivative/investor protection, or the Delaware Chancery Court. Meaningful Work: Represent whistleblowers, fight for workplace equality, protect consumers, and champion civil rights. Every case prepares you to stand up to better-resourced defendants. Growth Potential: Opportunities for co-counsel arrangements, fee-sharing models, and full-time roles for those seeking long-term growth. What We’re Looking For
