Job DescriptionDirect Counsel is seeking a Privacy & Digital Risk Litigation Associate with 2–3 years of litigation experience to join a premier Digital Assets and Data Management practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a litigator interested in cybersecurity, digital privacy, investigations, cybercrime, Internet speech, regulatory enforcement, and complex class action litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, exceptional writing abilities, and a demonstrated interest in the evolving intersection of law and technology.
