The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with compassion and discretion. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, managing mail and office supplies, and supporting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks. Prior experience in a legal or immigration setting is a plus.
