Job Title: Legal Specialist Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: Join our customer's team as an expert Legal Specialist, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping robust legal solutions. You will collaborate closely with domain experts and product teams to review, negotiate, and analyze contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk management in a dynamic, application-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk., • Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations., • Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel., • Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions., • Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, engaging in multi-turn conversations with agents to ensure task accuracy and coherence., • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal processes and communications., • Collaborate across teams to build and enhance legal tools or applications, leveraging your industry expertise. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance., • Strong contract review and negotiation abilities across a variety of legal domains., • Demonstrated experience in case analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence., • Hands-on experience in litigation support and dispute resolution., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity., • Deep commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all legal matters., • Track record of building or contributing to legal applications, tools, or systems.
