NJ marketing firm is hiring outgoing, reliable event staff to support community outreach events across New Jersey on weekend days and weeknights. You’ll engage with the public at tabling events and community gatherings to help spread awareness of important programs that help New Jersey homeowners. Responsibilities • Staff outreach tables at community events throughout NJ, • Speak with attendees, share program information, and answer basic questions, • Represent the program professionally and enthusiastically, • Track interactions/leads as needed and support event set-up/breakdown Ideal Candidate • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers, • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional presence, • Dependable and punctual; able to work evenings and weekends, • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within New Jersey, • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required Compensation • Hourly pay (based on experience), • Mileage and meal reimbursement
