  Looking for a part time front office person to work the front desk at a growing podiatry office. Computer skills are needed as well as a welcoming personality and an eagerness to learn. Job responsibilities include: Scheduling patients on EMR (computer system), light cleaning, transporting patients to treatment rooms, getting pre authorizations and pre certifications over the phone on through availity, collecting copays, basic computer knowledge, obtaining referral, and scanning in paperwork to the computer. Needs to be mature, respectful and reliable. Pay scale is based on knowledge and prior history of medical office work. Podiatry experience is a plus but not needed. Avg 18-24 hours a week and may bump up to 30 based on scheduling. Looking forward to meeting you.
