Partnerships are central to that motion — particularly our Microsoft ecosystem relationship, Azure Marketplace presence, co-sell activity, and field-aligned demand generation programs. The Partnership Marketing Manager will turn Cloudforce’s partner credentials into measurable market visibility, account engagement, and pipeline. This role owns the marketing programs that activate our Microsoft partnership and other strategic ecosystem relationships through joint campaigns, co-branded content, webinars, events, marketplace programs, field enablement, and partner-led demand generation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who understands that partnership marketing is not just about logos, announcements, and co-branded assets. It is about building programs that help Sales reach the right accounts, help partners understand where Cloudforce fits, and help the market see why Cloudforce and nebulaONE® matter now. Responsibilities Microsoft Ecosystem and Partner Marketing Activation Own the marketing activation of Cloudforce’s Microsoft partnership, including Microsoft’s 2025 Education Partner of the Year recognition, M12 investment, Azure Marketplace presence, Marketplace Rewards benefits, co-sell motions, and the Microsoft + Cloudforce partnership story. Develop and manage partner marketing plans that translate Microsoft and ecosystem relationships into campaigns, content, events, and sales enablement that support pipeline growth. Coordinate with internal Microsoft-facing stakeholders to identify field-aligned campaign opportunities, co-sell priorities, marketplace motions, and co-marketing programs. Help activate priority Marketplace Rewards and other partner program benefits, including co-branded assets, Microsoft-funded campaigns, marketplace content, demand generation offers, and partner-facing materials. Ensure partner campaigns support Cloudforce’s target markets, especially higher education, with secondary focus on state and local government. Co-Marketing Campaigns and Programs Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with Microsoft and other strategic partners, including joint webinars, sponsored sessions, event activations, co-branded content, newsletter placements, partner email campaigns, and field-aligned account outreach. Partner with Demand Generation to ensure every partner campaign has clear goals, target accounts, audience segments, messaging, offers, CTAs, tracking, and follow-up motions. Coordinate with Marketing Operations and RevOps to ensure partner campaigns are properly tracked in HubSpot, including UTMs, campaign attribution, lead routing, account engagement, and pipeline reporting. Manage campaign timelines, approvals, partner deliverables, content dependencies, and internal stakeholder coordination. Build repeatable playbooks for partner campaign planning, launch readiness, follow-up, and performance reporting. Partner Content, Messaging, and Enablement Develop partner-facing and co-branded content that clearly explains Cloudforce’s role in the Microsoft ecosystem and the value of nebulaONE® for governed, campus-wide AI adoption. Help build and maintain the Copilot + nebulaONE® partnership content track, positioning Copilot as the M365 productivity front door and nebulaONE® as the sovereign, multi-model, multi-agent institutional AI gateway. Partner with Product Marketing and Content to create partner-ready messaging, one-pagers, webinar abstracts, event descriptions, partner pitch decks, field enablement materials, marketplace copy, and campaign assets. Ensure all partner content reflects Cloudforce’s approved messaging, brand voice, and language standards. Coordinate required reviews for external partner assets, including technical accuracy, business strategy, Microsoft/partner alignment, brand, legal, and customer-specific approvals where needed. Events, Webinars, and Field Alignment Partner with Events and Demand Generation to activate partner opportunities at key conferences, sponsored sessions, webinars, executive dinners, and partner-aligned field events. Support the planning and execution of partner-led or co-sponsored webinars, including abstracts, speaker coordination, partner promotion, registration tracking, attendee follow-up, and performance reporting. Help connect partner activities to target account strategy, ensuring field-aligned programs create meaningful engagement with priority institutions. Coordinate internal preparation for partner-facing events, including briefing documents, talking points, follow-up plans, and sales enablement materials. Performance Reporting and Optimization Track and report partner marketing performance, including campaign engagement, webinar registrations and attendance, target account activity, MQA creation, pipeline sourced or influenced, marketplace engagement, and partner-influenced opportunities. Build monthly reporting that shows which partner programs are creating measurable demand and which need adjustment. Use campaign and pipeline data to recommend improvements to partner messaging, campaign structure, audience targeting, and follow-up motions. Maintain visibility into partner marketing calendars, campaign status, deliverables, and outcomes for marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders. Qualifications 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, including experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or ecosystem marketing. Experience planning and executing co-marketing campaigns such as joint webinars, co-branded content, partner email campaigns, events, marketplace campaigns, or field-aligned programs. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deadlines, approvals, and campaign dependencies. Strong writing and messaging skills, including the ability to create clear partner-facing content, campaign briefs, webinar abstracts, enablement materials, and promotional copy. Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, to support campaign tracking, segmentation, reporting, and attribution. Strong analytical skills and comfort reporting on campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline contribution. Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Customer Success, partner teams, and external partner stakeholders. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including co-sell, Azure Marketplace, Marketplace Rewards, Microsoft field teams, partner programs, or Microsoft-aligned go-to-market motions. Experience marketing to higher education, state and local government, or other regulated institutional buyers. Familiarity with AI, cloud, SaaS, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data governance, or digital transformation markets. Experience supporting account-based marketing programs or field-aligned campaigns for target accounts. Experience developing partner enablement materials for sales teams, channel teams, or partner field sellers.
