Role Description Hiring in AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, NH, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, PN, RI, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, guiding clients through the mortgage application process, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role includes working closely with clients to provide top-notch customer service, assisting in underwriting processes, and collaborating with other team members to achieve successful loan closings. Qualifications • Experience in Mortgage Lending and the Mortgage Industry, • Has passed the SAFE MLO Exam, • Has closed a minimum of 5 loans or 2 Years of experience, • Skills in Customer Service, • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Comfortable with remote-only work, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Up to date on all required CE
