Akkodis is seeking a Marketing Analyst/Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Morristown NJ. The client is Ideally looking for an experienced candidate who can own Veeva PromoMats workflows, ensure FDA-compliant promotional content, and act as a final quality checkpoint catching errors, aligning claims with references, and coordinating across stakeholders while keeping projects on track Rate Range: $48/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Job Requirements: • Strong Veeva Expertise – Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault / PromoMats for submissions, document management, anchoring, and lifecycle control., • MLR & Regulatory Knowledge – Solid understanding of Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review processes and FDA guidelines for promotional materials., • Quality Control & Document Accuracy – Proven ability to perform end-to-end QC, including claims verification, formatting, referencing, and compliance checks. Desired Qualifications: • Workflow & Project Management Tools – Experience with tools like JIRA and managing timelines in structured workflows (Agile/Waterfall)., • Digital Asset & Claims Management – Familiarity with DAM systems, claims libraries, and modular content within Veeva., • Stakeholder Coordination – Ability to work closely with marketing, regulatory, and medical teams, translating feedback into precise updates.
