  Join the ORO team and enjoy a flexible driving role with all the tools you need to succeed. We provide the vehicle for your shift at no cost to you—including fuel, maintenance, and insurance. Simply show up, pick up your vehicle, and start earning. Drivers are paid hourly (not per trip) with opportunities for bonuses and tips. Safety is our top priority. All ORO vehicles are clean, inspected, and equipped with cameras. Schedule & Availability Work up to five days a week Monday - Friday (only two shifts required). Available Shifts: AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM AM Shift: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM Hourly Rate: $15.92/hour + tips What You’ll Do Safely transport passengers who you connect with through the Uber app. Deliver a friendly, professional experience and respond to passenger needs. Assist passengers with loading and unloading items. Use GPS and maps to determine optimal routes. Follow all company safety procedures and protect company assets. Complete required pre and post‑shift vehicle inspections. Retrieve and return vehicles during each shift. As a driver, you must have a safe driving record and follow all state and national driving laws, rules, and regulations. In this position, you will follow prearranged routes to destinations or use maps and GPS to navigate routes. You will also maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness. Responsibilities: Following all traffic laws, DOT regulations and best practices for safety when delivering items Communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to make deliveries. Meeting delivery deadlines and following assigned delivery routes. Performing basic truck maintenance, doing visual inspections, and reporting potential issues Preparing, loading, and unloading the delivery vehicle Providing exceptional customer service and obtaining client or customer signatures when needed Completing any paperwork related to the deliveries and completing reports as required. Skills and qualifications: A valid drivers license and, in some cases, a commercial drivers license Knowledge of how to handle materials safely. Familiarity with using navigation systems. Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule. Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to stay safe while driving. Ability to load and unload heavy cargo and use any machinery or equipment necessary to help. Strong customer service and communication skills A clean driving record and safe driving skills. High School Diploma. Qualification and Requirements: Have been driving for at least 3 years. Great organizational time management skills. Great customer attitude and attentiveness. Ability to operate a truck for 8 hours. Physically able to lift 50 pounds. Open to work nights and weekends as required.
